Quote in Five turns a commercial-cleaning quote request into a ready-to-review draft. You send us the request and your pricing rules; we return a scope, the assumptions we applied, exclusions, and a price, with the questions that still need answering marked.

It is currently an early-access pilot. Coverage, turnaround, and format may change while that is true.

A draft is a draft. It is not a binding quote, not an offer to your customer, and not a guarantee that the price is correct or profitable. Nothing we produce is legal, tax, or financial advice.

We do not contact your customers and we never send anything on your behalf. Every draft reaches your prospect only because you reviewed it and chose to send it.

Five minutes is a target, not a service-level guarantee. It is measured from the point we have sufficient details to start, and it applies during published pilot hours. Requests that arrive incomplete, contradictory, or outside those hours will take longer.

A draft is only as good as the rules and details behind it. We apply the labor assumptions, production rates, margins, minimums, and add-ons you give us, and we state which figures came from you and which are assumptions we made. We do not independently verify that your rules are correct or currently profitable.

Automatically generated drafts can contain errors, including arithmetic and scope errors. You are responsible for checking a draft before it goes to a customer, and you remain responsible for the quote, the price, and the commitment it creates.

Do not send us customer names, addresses, or other personal information you have not been permitted to share — anonymize requests before transferring them. Do not send material you are contractually barred from disclosing. You confirm you have the right to share whatever you send us.

Selecting a pilot tier on this site charges nothing and requires no card. If and when a paid pilot begins, we will tell you the price and take your agreement first. Paid plans, once live, are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for work you win or lose, or for a job priced below cost, on the basis of a draft.
