What we collect
If you ask for a pilot quote draft we store your work email address, your company size, the pilot tier you selected, how many quote requests you handle each month, how you prepare quotes today, how often your jobs need a walkthrough, anything you typed in the optional pricing-rules box, whether you consented to email, and basic attribution about how you reached the page (referrer, landing URL, and any campaign parameters in the URL).
If you go on to share a real quote request during the pilot, we receive whatever that request and your pricing inputs contain. We ask you to anonymize customer names and addresses before sending, and we will tell you how to transfer it securely.
We do not ask for and cannot receive payment details. No card is collected anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To prepare the quote draft you asked for, to confirm which pilot tier fits you, and to understand which kinds of cleaning operators this product is useful to. Your pricing rules are used to produce your own drafts and nobody else’s.
Who can see your material
Quote drafts are generated automatically from the pricing rules you provide. Requests, pricing inputs, and generated drafts may also be accessed by our team for quality assurance, troubleshooting, and support — this is how we make sure a draft is right before it reaches you.
We do not use your pricing rules, rates, or margins to price work for another operator, and we do not show one operator’s material to another.
Product analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people move through this page. Alongside the steps we record deliberately — a page view, a form being started, a signup completing — PostHog records interactions on its own: clicks and the elements they landed on, click and scroll density, page performance, and JavaScript errors. A profile is kept for every visitor, including those who never submit anything.
Form-field values are masked before anything leaves your browser, so your email address, your pricing rules and your other answers are not part of that. The events we send ourselves carry an opaque identifier rather than anything that names you, and anything email- or phone-shaped arriving in a URL or referrer is stripped out.
Session replay — a reconstruction of a visit — is controlled from our PostHog project rather than by this site’s code, so it may be switched on while this experiment is running.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the infrastructure providers needed to run the service: our database host, our email provider, and the AI provider that generates drafts from the material you send. We do not sell personal data, and we do not permit your material to be used to train third-party models.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until this pilot ends and the lead list and any shared request material are destroyed — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
